Description #
The complete feature construction for transaction and synthetic identity fraud detection, validated on two structurally unrelated payment datasets, card transactions and account transfers, so that a measurement computed at one institution is comparable to one computed at another. Defines the retained and excluded fields for each validated environment, six specified extensions addressing measurements the validated work identified as available and did not construct, and twenty specified synthetic identity features across six families ordered by how early in a scheme they become observable. Records a known encoder defect in the published implementation and its correction.
