Registry mechanism demonstration (Tier 2)

Description #

Demonstrates the Tier 2 artifact page: the file table and full SHA-256 hashes still display, but the download links are replaced by a verification link, since Tier 2 artifacts are available only to verified institutions. This is a template demonstration for the registry mechanism itself. It is not a published methodology artifact from any initiative.

Each file's SHA-256 is listed above. To confirm a download is unmodified: shasum -a 256 filename
